    My family stayed at the Solara Resort last weekend. At **** another guest gained entry to our room (opened door, turned on light) but quickly left once they realized someone else was there. ****** and unsettled my husband and I were trying to figure out what happened. It was confirmed when another person (presumably an employee) also entered our room at **** (checking to see if someone else was indeed in there, *** **** ****** ***** ***** **** ***** ****). ** *** *** *** **** *** **** ** ** ***** ****** **** ********** *** **** ********** ** **** ***** **** **** * **** ********* ********* ********* ** *** **** **** *** ****. Naturally I couldn't sleep at all after that. When we checked out we were told management would get a hold of us to compensate us for their error. However management did not and I've spent the last week trying to get my room refunded. The GM (*********************************) is refusing to refund our room, told me he called me back, hung up on me then proceeded to go home for the weekend. This could have been resolved if they had just gotten back to us on the Monday but instead it has been a week of no answers and increased frustration. They breached my families trust, security and safety. As a company that states they provide exceptional resort experience they certainly do not.
