      I have had great help and support from PEKA. I had ***** actually call me back and within a prompt time line too. (not the case so much anymore with most businesses). SO grateful for the time taken and to explain all processes easy to understand ways.. then.. almost unbelievably support me through all processes.

      PEKA has been a fantastic company for our Condo, they are prompt with replies and very helpful with any questions we have had. Their website is great and has helped us with a lot of other information we were looking for without having to reach out to them.I would highly recommend them for any property

      ********************** has to be the worst company to deal with. I have had a roof leak and it's taken 4 months of back-and-forth emails with ZERO resolution. **********************'s communication and lack of transparency to homeowners who have a vested interest in the management of their condo property have been horrendous. They will not tell you when meetings are held. They will not let you attend meetings. They will not let you talk to your Board representative as all contact has to go through **********************. They did not disclose in our last AGM that our property was involved in a lawsuit for $32,000. plus legal fees and interest. Then they try to change the bylaws without outlining what has been changed in the new bylaws but expect all homeowners to review side by side the old vs new bylaws instead of being open and honest. This is a scammy and slimy company. I finally sold my house and part of the sale involves fixing the roof. When the issue was discovered this is a roof issue and a responsibility of the corporation - I get told by ********************** the board denied the repairs...even though it was solved by putting a vent in the roof. I am now forced to sue ********************** and my old condo board.
