    I paid $3000 for a colt my circumstances changes and could no longer Finnish the extra $3000 payment. Mr ********************** agreed to put the $3000 towards a future purchase. On July 12 th I sent $1000 towards payment of a colt left to pay was $1000. I was planning to finalize payment on the 30 th. Unfortunately sure to my brother in hospital on life support and my son in bad accident I was not thinking property and told him I would pay last $1000 on 15 th instead of 30 th. I let **** know this but he was cruel and rude, made cruel remarks about my situation and now has colt back up for sale with no intention of returning the $1000 at least. Im an elderly lady and I find this to be abusive and a cruel way to push power on a person who was going through extreme life events. He now has my $4000 and I have nothing but his un- compassionate abuse financially and emotionally to show for it.

    So I had run into hard times on the initial sale so he kept the $3000 to put towards another goal. As you can see in the 9 th I made a deposit. But made an error when I told him the last deposit would be in the 15 th rather the 29 th. I explained my brother was in life support and son in accident and my mind was not thinking straight. He became rude smd uncaring put the colt up for fake and said hes reneging  on the sale. Refusing to at least return my $1000 deposit on the grounds of a mistake

    ********************* entered into a contract with our business in 2022 in which one of the clauses read as follows:  

    4. PURCHASE PRICE
    4.1 Price. Buyer shall pay Seller $7000 CAD plus GST
    (Purchase Price) for the In-utero foal. The Purchase Price shall be paid by monthly payments of $1000.00 starting December of 2021 until June 15th, 2022. If the purchase price is not received in full by end date listed all monies paid are forfeit and this agreement ceases to be in effect. Ownership of foal stays with the Seller
    4.2 Acceptance. The Buyer has up until day seven (7) after the foals birth to refuse or accept the foal.

    She paid $3000 and then did not follow through on her own commitment to continue payments, siting some reasons that were meant to conjure sympathy, which I had for her and instead of ending our contract there and then, as the contract would have allowed, I offered to allow her to come back in the future to use her credit with us.  We remained cordial online for the last 2 years until this year she decided that she might like to use her credit and buy a foal. She asked and I informed her it would take $5000 total, of which $3000 was already paid, and she asked for time to make two payments of $1000.  Here is that exchange:

    She made the payment on the 9th and then when I contacted her on the 15th she said she'd made a mistake and proceeded to once again play the sympathy card as to why she couldn't make the commitment she herself had made!  And I had agreed to.  At this point, she asked for further extention until the 17th, which I

    I am rejecting this response because:

    as you can see Mr ********************** stated he renege on the deal , that was his choice not mine. 
    I have consulted my lawyer on this issue. 
    Mr ********************** posted the colt for sale again on ********* In my opinion Mr ********************** lacks morals and compassion and is just out to take what he can get ( kick someone when they are down.) Im asking for the $1000 returned to me as he backed out of the deal not I.
    Im a woman who is not going to stand by and be treated badly by someone who obviously has no respect for anyones misfortunes. I did not pull out of the deal he did. He is welcome to keep the $3000 as per contract but the $1000 I expect to be returned to me. As for his fear of social media I dont play that game he needs not to worry. I have morals and respect.

    Im rejecting this response as it lacks substance and character  I prey none if your children go missing and one of your family members end up on life support  i prey you never have to encounter such a mean spirited person like your self if god forbid that ever happs to your family and i hope not !   You stole $1000 while an elderly woman was under duress and made a mistake in dates. That speaks to your character not mine. You are not worth my time, you obviously need the $1000 more than i do so Ill be the bigger person here.

    Hi I have a contract for a horse in 2021. 
    thats why Im not asking for that $3000 I also did not receive a signed contract from the Fleetwoods. For the  recent horse I was buying and the $1000 I sent them via e-transfer on the 9 th no contract was provided for that transaction . I will send you a copy of the simple contract with my signature only on the 2021 agreement for a totally different animal. Please note this recent purchase was for an animal that was not ready to be sold and would not be in my possession for another 4 months.
