***** my ticket reduced from 16 to 15 over, from 3 demerits to 2, from $146 to $126. Then didnt tell me that it had been adjudicated. I found out at the registry. Late and service charge cost me $34, totalling $160 (more than original). Quoted me $350. Charged me $378. Hasnt given me an explanation of the extra money after months of asking. Extremely unprofessional. Looking at how she responds to comments here, maybe use that time to actually respond to peoples inquiry. Do your research. ***** isnt worth it.

The recipient was told no guarantees and doesnt like the result and our web site states no guarantees and and no refunds His ticket was lowered The recipient could have avoided this by not breaking the law in the first place However we only present the arguments and the commissioner decides and felt the offence serious enough to come up with this decision that the recipient does not like.Unfortunately he has taken to bullying ***** over the phone and we do not accept his calls any longerSave My License

For 8 months now they keep telling me we will call you back but never do they took my money and never responded back. They didn't even show up to tell the courts I was going to fight the ticket so now I am on the hook for 70 dollars in late fees!!! What * **** wish the government would help yhe residents to protect its citizens...***** ******* ** * ****Save My License

Do your research and hire a real lawyer or trained paralegal, not Cathy. She will be quick to take your payment, never provide a receipt or an invoice. She will purposely ignore your phone calls, emails and text messages once she has your money. **** ** *** * ********** ** ****** *********

The customer after reading our web site which states no refund called our office and cancelled We charge 500 dollars to defend a 90 over the speed limit ticket The client wife called and wanted a refund The client called and arranged a refund for 300 dollars and was happy We had opened a file and ordered disclosure and wanted to be paid Apparently the wife is not happy and she was not our client
