    Good morning,I am writing to formally submit a complaint against a business operating under the name Two Old Goats Mechanical, located in ********, *******, for engaging in what I believe to be unfair business practices and misrepresentation in connection with repair services performed on my vehicle.I contracted Two Old Goats Mechanical to diagnose and repair issues with my 2005 **** F350 Super Duty (6.0L diesel). I specifically instructed the business, both verbally and in writing, that only new, original parts were to be used in the repair of my truckunder no circumstances were rebuilt or used parts to be installed.Over the past four years, I have continued to experience issues with the truck. Upon further inspection in March 2025 by a separate and independent repair facility, it was determined that Two Old Goats Mechanical used rebuilt and/or old parts during the repair process, contrary to our agreement. Moreover, it was discovered that certain invoiced services were either not performed or were inaccurately billed. I am in possession of detailed invoices which demonstrate:The use of rebuilt or old parts, despite being billed for new components;Instances of double billing for the same parts or services;Billing for labour or parts where the work was not completed;Inflated shop labour hours and miscellaneous charges.I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the business by sending both an email and a registered letter requesting a settlement. Unfortunately, I have received no response.I have since filed a formal complaint with the ************************************** (*****), and a file has been opened under case number ********* Enclosed with this message are the following documents:A detailed letter of complaint;Copies of all relevant invoices;Correspondence with the business.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate any direction or support your office can provide.

    No AMVIC just applied a file number and are now in the process of an investigation     AMVIC stated with the file load it could be  up to two months before they have a verdict.

    I would like the BBB to proceed with collecting for the invoices that you stated you could assist with collecting the funds. I also would like to make it so anyone else looking to use this business are made aware of the issues so they do not get taken advantage of. Thanks for your assistance.
