  Just like the last review on here.they are horrible!!Scheduled an appt between 1-3pm and the tech called and said he has to drop his kid off so wont be at the house until 4-6 pm. He shows up at 3 pm and I wasnt home yet so he left after he told me he was going to be late. Bought a $12k fridge from coast appliances and it froze up after 3 months. Cochrane appliances is the contractor for the warranty work. Cochrane appliance repair now wont answer emails phone calls. Im not sure how they are in business. 1 star review is very generous.If you have to deal with this company be prepared for a nightmare!

  Just after Christmas, the interior lights, ice maker and water dispenser stopped working on our *********** refrigerator. We contacted the manufacturer, who scheduled an appointment with their designated local repair company, Cochrane Appliance Repair. After taking time off work and waiting all day, they failed to show up. Supposedly the appointment request was never submitted to them so we scheduled a 2nd service call directly. Their technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty control panel. I was required to prepay over $500 for the replacement part. Despite the part being in stock at their supplier, it was only after my inquiring two months later that they followed up on its whereabouts.Weeks later, during the 3rd service call, the technician determined instead the wiring harness required replacement. He ordered this part during his visit, again indicating it being in stock, and left with the control panel I had prepaid for.Cochrane Appliance Repair scheduled yet another appointment to replace the faulty wiring harness, and again, after taking unpaid time off work, were a no-show. No phone call, no email, nothing except I was out another 4 hours in lost wages and still didnt have my fridge fixed.I contacted Cochrane Appliance Repair and scheduled another appointment, during which the technician did not replace the wiring harness. After over 30 minutes of prying and reefing trying his quick fix method to remove the old wiring harness, he tried repairing multiple broken wire connections without success. He left, taking the new part, saying he needed to consult the manufacturer and would call ** in the morning with an update.Three weeks, voicemails and several emails later, requesting to be fully refunded for the control panel, we still have not heard from Cochrane Appliance Repair. Crickets, incompetent service technicians, abysmal customer care and support, and billing ***** is all you will get from Cochrane Appliance Repair.
