-Positive drainage must be maintained away from concrete
-Heaving concrete in winter months is not part of warranty and is a cause of improper drainage of water.
-Further Settlement after concrete is lifted is caused by ground settlement not finished underneath the concrete. Ground settlement can take many of years to finish.
