    Not only was the owner absolutely terrible to deal with, the property is a disaster and not kept up. But worse, I have experienced unauthorized charges - to which when questioned was blocked from further communication, and BLOCKED from being able to retrieve my motorhome! In my opinion that is on the verge of theft. I have complained to the town, who is well aware of many complaints. As they are abiding by by-laws nothing can be done there. I am working with my bank to recover funds and to ensure there are no further charges, as this has been known to happen to others. In my opinion it would be worthwhile to do your research and read reviews for other storage spaces.

    I've been using this place for years, and they recently were sold to another person. He randomly charged my credit card for "a year's worth of rent" in December when I pay monthly, have never missed a payment, and have never been late on a payment. Then charged my credit card again for the monthly fee in January, even though he had apparently charged the year in December. I called assuming it was an error, he screamed at me, used profanity, and wouldn't let me get a word in otherwise. I have since been dealing with my credit card company that remains unresolved. He was using the business "City Storage" and had a location in ******* and **********, and now I see that website and "company" is removed from online, and I am unable to find the website any longer. There has been zero communication regarding selling/buying the company, no communication about moving to annual billing, and no communication regarding billing these charges. The email for the company is no longer active, I attempted the new "City Storage" company as well with no reply. **** *** ** ******** ******* ***** *** ******** ****** **** *** **** ********** *** **** *** *** ********* ***** ********* ****** ** ****** *** ********* *** **** **** ******* ******* **** ****** *** ******** ******
