  I had these guys build a garage for me . And Im very satisfied with the quality . They were on time and clean . Did what they said , met my budget no hidden cost and upfront. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a garage build .

  One of the absolute worst companies you could choose to do any project around your house. If you like ZERO communication or someone who just sends people to your property with ZERO notice. Hire this guy. Not only will he not check any of his subtrades work, but he promises not to let you know what is happening throughout the entire process. He doesn't pay his trades on time, or at all. So when people do show up they are miserable. This company is one of the most poorly run companies I have ever encountered. Don't expect any consultation on the way you want things done. Expect poor craftsmanship, and if there is a problem. Don't expect him to do ANY warranty work, even though it says 10 years. This guy relies, and preys on people who don't know the difference between good, and bad craftsmanship. A garage that was supposed to be finished by the start of September. Took until the middle of December. Almost 7 months. It took so long the 6 month expiry date for the loan had to be extended. Over that time period, I was injured at work. I tried NUMEROUS times in the summer when i was still working to get Reg to come by and do the paperwork for loan. No response. when the paperwork finally got buttoned up they declined my application due to the fact that I had no job. They said when I was back to work. They would approve me. This was not good enough for Reg. He could careless until its time to get paid. in fact. Over the time when I was figuring out the financing. The amount of threats, and text messages were uncanny. It was confirmed! His phone does work!! He put a lien on my house, and still refuses to remove it even though he has been paid. All in all. *** ** * **********. He has no idea what he is doing, and is in way over his head. Stay away from this terrible company.

  Had Eakins build a garage. They did a fantastic job. They stayed within my timeframe and budget and exceeded my expectations.

  I have hired Reg Eakins for a backyard project consisting of a 24 x 22 garage custom garage with a 24 x 10 roof overhang, fence and entire backyard and sidewalk all in concrete. It was a $56,000 project which i paid accordingly to the schedule in the contract. The project was signed in April 2022 and supposed to be finished in June 2022. Unfortunately it is now September and i had to terminate our contract for these reasons: Omitting the roof overhang agreed upon in the contract without my permission, Dishonesty in consistently giving wrong completion dates, Unwillingness to answer almost all questions via text or email, and inability to complete the project 3 months past the supposed completion date. It is very unfortunate to lose your dream backyard project which you have paid for because a dishonest person took advantage of your kindness and patience.
