    I placed an order with RUSH shipping AND shipping INSURANCE through wedding star. The carrier selected by wedding star either failed to deliver the package at all or failed to deliver the package in the secure electronic location advertised as the only place to leave packages at the property ******* the carrier, is well aware of this requirement). Because I purchased insurance, wedding star undertook the obligation to INSURE delivery of the order through its selected carrier. wedding star has refused to offer a refund or replacement and their customer service representative is ******** and ********* me. I have not been provided a copy of the chat transcript but the communication ******** took place after the *** agreed to process a replacement. Then afterwards, several hours later, sent an argumentative email in defense of ****** When I protested to her behavior, she ********** to, and did in fact, cancel the replacement. She is refusing a refund.

    I have looked through all the correspondence with the customer *********************** and have found she was offered a replacement order to be sent out and an *** delivery of September 2, 2022 by ******* in customer service and that the original shipping costs of $27.99 would be refunded as the customer stated that ***** didn't follow the shipping instructions for her apartment building and the customer hasn't received the package.  She was also offered if the *** of the replacement won't work for her we would refund the original order but the customer insisted that we needed to rush the order overnight, but we unfortunately don't have this shipping option to her area it would take 2-3 business days to arrive after leaving us and we couldn't guarantee delivery with the courier ***** once it leaves our warehouse if going to the same address and having to leave at locker storage of customers building.  After contacting ***** for confirmation of delivery for the customer, ***** responded back to ******* by email confirming the package was delivered to customers address ***************************************************************** and released in the locker storage area at apartment building, the customer was informed the package was delivered and to check with her building locker area and the replacement order would be cancelled with no refund due to the order being delivered by *****.  I have ******** the email directly from ***** to ******* in our customer service.  ********************** is willing to refund the customer in full of $262.85 original paid for order transaction number *************** as per customers request in her complaint with no further contact.  I will have the refund request to our accounting department ASAP which will be processed during business hours tomorrow August 31st, 2022 if that is confirmed with the customer.

    To say that I requested next day shipping is a demonstrably false inaccurate statement  the reason the replacement was pulled was due to the ****** of ************************* ion an apparent fit  never once did I request overnight shipping  however to put dealings with this shady business behind me, Ill accept a full and complete refund with NO more contact from *************************


    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
