    On or about November 7, 2021 I took my 1990 Westfalia to Accord Collision and Paint (here after referred to as Accord) to have rust remediation work done and have the vehicle painted. I supplied 1.5 quarts of paint (the original colour match for that vehicle) at that time.

    On January 15, 2022 was advised the vehicle was ready for pick-up. My daughter drove me to Accord. The vehicle was parked on the street and we immediately noticed that it was painted in the wrong colour.

    We told ******* ******* at Accord (the person I had all contact with regarding the work) it was the wrong colour and he replied "but this is prettier" then tried to convince us it was the right colour.

    We agreed that because his shop was very busy at the time and because I do not drive this vehicle in the winter, that I would get back to him in the spring regarding the paint.

    Due to my being ill with suspected Covid-19, I did not drive my vehicle until June 12, 2022. I had AMA boost the vehicle on this date).

    I do not like hassles and though that, although the colour was wrong the simplest solution was to have the fiberglass top painted to match the body.

    ******* quoted $800.00 plus tax to do that, justifying the cost with falsehoods i.e.four hours work to mask the "Westfalia"logos

    Client complained about color after delivery time of 2 weeks ,she wanted  same color as canopy top ,whish was faded after 2 decades,she slowly got upset ,about everything , iasked her tp pay ,$ to match color on canopy,she refused ,then argued ,so our staff agreed to paint roof canopy in spring time  , I left her a voice message to confirm inspring time for free ! no reply back from here yet

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I provided the correct paint for Accord to use.  Accord painted the vehicle a different and unknown color. Had the vehicle been painted with the original paint there would not be a problem. Now the roof also has different greyish paint due to unauthorized work and spot paint done. Therefore the entire vehicle needs to be painted with the paint I had provided.

    Any painting to be done by Accord must be authorized by one of the owners.

    A time line must be met.

    Some assurance that the work will be done.  I don't want to wait until spring and find that that business no longer exists.

    Due to the damage done to my vehicle while it was in Accord, any work must be done in my presence and or someone I trust to oversee the work and to ensure the safety of my vehicle.

    I rely on the letters and documentation previously forwarded to *** 

    in support of my rejecting the offer provided by Accord.
