    They had our vehicle for multiple weeks, used incorrect parts, and replaced parts improperly, causing more damage than when we first brought it in. The owner refused to take responsibility for parts no longer working, and even denied paying for the rental car they initially promised to cover. We were left with more costs and problems. When we went to email or call them we were ignored. This is not a safe or trustworthy business. The owner didn't want to help, they forgot to call us multiple times to let us know what was happening on our vehicle, didn't email requested paperwork, didn't get approval before working on projects, waisted a month of our time, lost our keys, and is making us need to go fix our car even further than needed.
