I brought my vehicle in for an estimate on Dec 7, 2022. This was my first collision and was not at fault. I went into this location (out of my fathers choice) to get the estimate and was told to wait so that the estimator working there could check it out. So i waited patiently. Then he came, pulled up my file and told me i had a $1000 deductible that I had to pay when it says it is waived. So i was a confused young girl who had to call my dad to ask him about this because i was told we had it waived. My father and the manager had got into a disagreement about the mistake they made and the manager had told us to get our car fixed somewhere else because we were given false information they didnt apologize about. I then went to ask the manager about the deductible issue and why i was told something else? She kept cutting me off and getting upset because she had spoke to my father. However; i was the client and wanted information for MYSEL*. I made sure to keep it respectful and was only innocently curious as to why that would happen. She then got up and told me to get the * out of the shop or shell call the cops. She got really close to me leaving no room that i thought she was going to get physical. So i walked away to the front and asked the receptionist if i was being rude and she said no you were not rude. the Estimator had also apologized for not reading the full file. However, ***** was extra rude to me. I was not trying to be hostile i simply wanted some information because I am uneducated about this since its my first time. She then told me she apologized however she did not at all. She just wanted to cuss at me and tell me to get the f out the shop several times. The receptionist had to speak for her, saying that She is going to apologize now. When she shouldve the first second. I went in at 9:30am left at 10am crying to my car because I asked a question and was confused why they gave me the wrong information. Terrible.
