I traded in a side by side in August 2024, my old loan on trade in has not been paid out and they refuse to pay. Its been 7 month of excuses and absolute h*** for me. Forced to pay for a machine I no longer have. Request for return of the machine has been denied, request for company owners information has been dinied. My credit is taking a huge hit, numerous attempts to resolve this have fallen short.Initial Complaint

Starting off, I bought a machine from this business ******* back in October of 2024 and in the deal they took my 2019 machine on trade and as of yet I still havent gotten my machine. They had said they while Im waiting for the machine I could start paying the new one off and they would keep up with the payments on the trade in machine and ofay the office wont answer my calls and they havent kept their end of the deal by keeping up with payments for the machine as I have been paying for both now. They keep telling me they will pay the payments and nothings been paid and I have to keep covering the cost of both machines when I dont have it in my possession and I really dont have the funds to cover 2 machines. I was getting calls from a creditor constantly about the payment they promised to keep up with. I paid off the 1400+ back payments that they missed and they just keep saying the accountant isnt in. I dont know what else to do. Im at the very end of my rope here. Ill be losing my truck that I keep using the payment to cover their end with a promise that they would etransfer me back and its been going on since day one now.Initial Complaint

On April 17, 2024, ******* started contacting my spouse, ***** ********. By April 15, 2024 we had arranged to trade our 2014 650 Outlander Can-Am quad for a 2022 **** Edge Titanium through LendCare and KO Auto By April 23, 2024, the suv got delivered by a delivery coordinator hired by ******* On April 24, 2024 the engine light went on, I drove to Prince ****** **** (which is location almost 3 hours north of *********************). I did not get compensated for gas money By April 27, 2024 KO Auto (****) arranged for a delivery coordinator to pick up the 2014 Can-Am Outlander By May 6, 2024 ******* had stated that we needed to sign more documents, we did not get a copy. ******* also stated that the cheque to pay off the Can-Am was sent out prior to this day, to LendCare By May 7, 2024 ******* stated that there was a situation with LendCare and that LendCare was pulling the loan and taking the suv back By May 10, 2024 ******* stated they have the same delivery coordinator coming out to ******************* to pick up the ****** May 11, 2024 the delivery coordinator had come out to ******************* and picked up the suv. ******* threatened us with legal actions, if we do not let the delivery coordinator pick up the suv. We had asked ******* about any information on either loan and ******* stopped responding to us by June 12, 2024 I had no choice but to do a stop payment with my bank for ********, because ******** still keeps trying to take money out of the bank for the suv. This has damaged both ***** and Is credit score and continues to do so to date, because the loan for the suv is still on our credit report.This is very frustrating because we are hardworking and honest people. We do not deserve to be harassed daily about a situation that was out of our control. We would like compensation for every duress that we have been put through. It has been almost a year and neither ******** or ******* has tried to put a stop to this.Initial Complaint

My husband and I were looking to buy a ****** Raptor, they are quads and are rarely made and only small number of them are sent to dealers new. Anyway we did some research and found out that in ********, ******* specifically at Ko Auto Finance they were able to get us a new ****** Raptor 700R. This was all done online with the salesman, ******************************We were approved for credit to do monthly financing, so my husband asked if they could do 6 months no payments and he said could do 4 months no payment and they would send a $1000.00 cheque same day the quad would be delivered. The $1000.00 cheque ******* explained was so we could use as payments for those 4 months, because our first payment would come out that same month. All the paperwork was done with the date September ****** The ****** Raptor 700R was delivered here to us in ********, ******** on September 21, 2024 Unfortunately the cheque for $1000.00 as ******* ******* promised was not sent with the quad and papers to sign, we told the delivery driver that there was no cheque and we would not sign, the delivery driver called manager and he said it is company policy not to have cheque with the driver for security reasons that it would be mailed out following Monday.We didnt receive it, we texted on October 1, he said it was sent out that Monday.Unfortunately till today which is October 30, 2024 we have not received any cheque. My husband has texts as proof. If we try to call no one answers or calls back My husband even said he would talk to a lawyer in a text and he said ok have youre lawyer call me We just want a definite answer as to when the cheque will be mailed out but no one gives us an answer, which is hard to understand because they can easily ask someone in accounting or financing It cant be that difficult We want our cheque as promised in the deal for $1000.00 and to know when it will be delivered to usBusiness Response

I was working with a very nice guy named **** on an application process to try and find me the right vehicle that fits in my credit and financial block. I am a family of 8 and **** knew this when taking on my file. I was offered a KIO *** first by **** and was very unsure on that as it was a 5 seater and I have 2 children in car seats. I took a bit to get back to **** to which I apologized and continued to work with him. **** had informed me that his manager (***********************) had a game plan for me and would like to get on a call with me. I spoke with ****** and he offered me the same KIO *** and I was on the fence about it due to the same reasons. When I was told I have no other options I had spoke with ****** to secure the deal but the KIA *** had been sold. ****** then informed me that I needed to send a 400 deposit for him to continue to work on my file but if he could not find anything that works for me my ****** deposit would be refunded. I emailed the money on July 25th as I was committed to finding the right vehicle with him and remaining with this company. He has since offered me a 4 seater ***** spark which is not feasible for a family of 8 who has to young children in car seats. He has told me this is my only option and I need to take the deal. I spoke with ****** this morning and he was very rude and told me he will not refund my money because I wasted his time and he has actual customers to deal with. I am absolutely appalled at his attitude towards me and the way he spoke to me. I recorded the conversation for my own records and am willing to provide that we spoke about getting my refund back. Once again.. I am asking for my deposit back as he broke his commitment to work with me to try and find me the right vehicle. I have attached that screenshot.Business Response

Around the end of February KO auto finance contracted me regarding my previous ATV they financed they wanted to know if I would like a refinance or trade in I said sure I then asked if I can get a newer model from the one I had which was a Polaris sportsman 570 they said they would accommodate that request they found one I contacted with the financial company dealing with the finance they said I was approved for the new model KO then got back to me stating they have sold the ATV they where going to give me and pushed an can am 2012 outlander 800 I voice my concerns about said machine but they said that they only way to boost my credit so I caved and got we signed the paperwork two weeks ago the ATV was dropped off on the 24th of march took it out on the Saturday to have it break down I had to have the mechanic in the town I live to tow me back he then proceeded to tell there where numerous things wrong with it. We then took it to his shop to be looked at and stuff that was supposedly said was done on it via the KO shop was not done on it. I then contacted KO to asked for my old machine back and or a refund they said they couldn’t do that so now I am out 1800 dollars and a ATV I didn’t want in the first place ****************************************************** this the video from the town mechanic shop on what was supposedly done on the machine please watch the videoInitial Complaint

Bought this truck on 6th of January 2023. I was looking for a work truck and they helped me get one. They delivered the truck on the 7th of January 2023 but it was too late to register it. Waited until Monday the 9th to register it. It couldn’t be registered as the proper inspection wasn’t done. This cause me to late for work almost losing my job. The pick the truck on Tuesday to do the inspection so it could be registered. I had to take my wife’s truck to bc as I had to get to work. They brought the truck back on the 12th of January but it has had a bunch of electrical issues since they dropped it off. They told me that truck needed a new camera which they gave me with the truck. Unfortunately the tailgate in the truck they sold me isn’t the right one so the camera they gave me won’t work I need the right tailgate for that. Then I had to take to another dealership to get diagnostic as they said it’s all on me now the deal is done. It was diagnosed with a faulty alternator and I paid to replace it but the truck is still having the same issues.
