    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your establishment. Despite not having received an invoice yet, I am compelled to bring to your attention the troubling encounter I had with one of your employees during a recent tire change and oil change appointment. Approximately an hour after my visit, I received a phone call from your employee who informed me that there was an issue with the filter. Given that I was unable to engage in a conversation at that moment, I politely requested him to contact an alternate phone number. Shockingly, he refused to accommodate my simple request. Furthermore, I sought clarification regarding the potential additional costs associated with the required repairs. To my dismay, your employee declined to provide an estimate, leaving me in complete uncertainty about the financial implications of the situation. In an attempt to seek professional guidance, I asked for his suggestions, but he abruptly terminated the call without offering any assistance or explanation. This unprofessional and aggressive behavior displayed by your employee has left me extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the status of my vehicle. As a result, I respectfully request the immediate intervention of a manager to address this matter promptly. I trust that you understand the significance of providing exceptional customer service and rectifying any lapses in order to maintain a positive reputation. I sincerely hope that you take my complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. I eagerly anticipate a swift resolution to this issue.
