      November 2022 I took my 2010 Mazda 6 to Zoom Auto Service and asked **** *****, Manager if I could use their winter tires for the 2022- 2023 winter season, as I had done in 2021-2022. He agreed and changed the tires for me. When I returned in the spring to have my tires put on he told me that he sold my tires! He more or less walked me to the door and said go!! I am now driving around with winter tires. I also should mention that I brought this Mazda 6 from **** in 2021! I should also mention that I reported this to the Edmonton Police Department!!

      There must be a mistake or miscommunication.  We still have the tires in our storage yard for the entire time.  We contacted the owner on April 24, 2023 and scheduled him on April 25, 2023 to change the tires.  As of this moment, tires has been changed. Please find invoice, note and pictures as attached.
