    I bought a used vehicle off of this dealership that was promised to be in full working order. I asked for everything to be checked and make sure it was working and fully functional before purchased and promised it was. As soon as I left the dealership with the newly purchased vehicle I noticed the AC did not work. Shortly after, the built in navigation system did not work, the built in DVD players did not work, I went to spray my windshield to clean it and nothing came out. Almost got into an accident as I couldn’t see. Popped the hood and found the nozzle taped on with duct tape. There was a recall on a dangerous part that needed to be fixed ASAP, that he did not roll me about because with was a private dealership , but I have proof he knew about it. This is just the beginning of the issues. I have had this vehicle repeatedly into the shop/ to be looked at and repaired and I have contacted the dealership that I purchased from and he just argues that I broke everything the second after I left with the vehicle and refused to replace anything. I have had two dealerships (good ones) tell me to report this to the BBB and AMVIC. As a single mother, that saved every penny slowly and spent my life savings, I thought I was buying a safe vehicle in 100% working order (used of course, but still safe and working) from a trusted place and turns out I was not and I do not want someone else to make the same mistake. My kids and myself could have been seriously injured and now I have a very expensive shell of a vehicle with no working AC/GPS/Nav system, DVD players, and the list goes on. I have been quoted numerous thousands just to have this “looked at” to see if it can be repaired and this is not fair to me as I was promised it all worked and operated functionally before and at time of purchase.

    We have been in contact with this customer for over two weeks and have tried helping her with the issue she has , The biggest issue she has is her navigation system which she says does not work, Before purchasing the vehicle we sent her videos of the Navigation system working , also sent her pictures of the vehicle inside and out even the micro scratches. The customer contacted us couple of days later stating the Ac doesn't work, and her navigation doesn't work and windshield washer nozzles not working

    We offered to have her ac recharged with Freon at no charge , also offered to replace the windshield washers at no charge , and We also offered to have her navigation system looked at and diagnose it for any problems at no charge , She said she took to a dealership and they told her the navigation needs to be replaced but when we asked for a Report from the dealership , the customer did not send us anything , She says her GPS works but shows her the wrong directions , We told her its an 2013 Cadillac srx with 2013 Navigation system so it could be outdated as the Mapping systems keep changing and maps keep updating . Vehicle navigation systems do not update like Newer Cellular devices which are connected to internet and update when a new update is available.

    We also offered to replace her Navigation system with another Used 2015 Cadillac SRX which is 2 years Newer , also Offered to replace Her one DVD in the headrest which she says doesn't work all this at no charge to her . Please Keep in mind we are not responsible for any software updates on a used vehicle , The system itself works and all electronics are in working order and We have video and also a diagnostic scan report of the vehicle before she picked up the vehicle.

    We offered to recharge her Air conditioning system , Replace windshield washer nozzles, Replace her DVD HEADREST , and Her navigation unit with another used one which will come out of a 2015 Cadillac SRX which is 2 years newer all this absolutely free of charge

    and we have offered this to her multiple times and have proof of her Text messages but it seems the customers has other motives , She is more than welcome to Contact Amvic/BBB as we have tried everything we could to  help her but she is not willing to take our help. 

    Also she mentioned there is a broken part which has a recall on it by General motors? We can confirm that there was no broken part on her vehicle relating to a Recall , as We have copy of full mechanical inspection/Alignment report / Diagnostic Report on this vehicle , Any recalls are repaired or replaced at the Dealership the recall was started on and is free of charge , The customer has a choice of taking her vehicle in to any dealership in her area to get the recalls done. 

    Please Let me know if you have any other questions or need a copy inspection/Carfax/diagnostic report or the videos and pictures we sent the customer before her purchase.

    We have gone back and forth on this matter many times over text and it doesn’t seem like customer would like the solution we offered at no charge so therefore we cannot Offer any more help regarding this matter . If the customer chooses to have these repairs done , They can Contact us and we will be happy to book them an appointment

    By saying “if the customer chooses to have these repairs done” is clearly acknowledging that repairs ARE needed to be done. This vehicle should have NEVER  been sold to me this way, it should NOT need to be repaired. Why would I trust someone that sold it to me like this -dishonestly- to now suddenly fix it properly? I shouldn’t be dealing with ANY of this. It should have never needed repairs to begin with.
