      This company claims we missed mortgage payments multiple times despite bank statements showing that's not the case. Their own records showed no ******. They would take one month and not the next and then sent letters that they want the mortgage settled in full!!! They made their own admin errors, ignore proof of bank statements. They are falsifying that we did not pay when they are the ones intentionally not taking automatic payments and blaming it on it customer. They stated we're in arrears which cannot be true if they took 4 months worth of mortgage then they themselves did not take February then took March then did not take ***** or ***** mortgage. I've never heard of a mortgage company that goes out of their way to do this to families- they want to take our house on falsified claims!
