    November 16 2024 I purchased a wedding dress from The wedding Gallery and bridal plus boutique in ****************. Paid in full and was told my dress would be in March 14 2025. I contacted her a week after expected due date. She said dress still wasn't in and would be in that Friday. Didn't reach out to me on that Friday so I contacted them again and was given another date. Contacted her April 17th and was told it would be jn the following Thursday april 24th. No call again called the 24th was told it wasn't in and would be in the 25th. Was again met with dress wouldn't be in until Tuesday april 29th. Has not answered calls and has no dress for me. My wedding is August 1 2025 and I still need the dress to have alterations. The associate i had bought the dress from name is ***** ******. I live out of ******** so cannot just go to store to resolve. At this point I want a refund in full. She has not responded to emails or phone calls at this point.
