      this review is for cupboards express north, had a custom kitchen installed, cost ********. The contertop is very messed up, gaps and ridges at ever seam, things are not square and even the colors are wrong and the contertop colors dont match but they installed it anyway, tried to contact them to call me but they refuse to call, emails come back that it is our fault or the managment team is reviewing it, or the operations manager is involved, sent picutures still no contact, dont use this company, They have no responsiblity or customer service, but will charge you big dollars for there products and service but no follow up or even a phone call tried to go up the ladder but till no contact from them. now I have to pay another 3 to 4 grand from a different company to get a new contertop, even though the contertop they installed is less than three month old no stars is what I give them

      I got an full kitchen from cupboards express.Every door was wrong.Also the messurments I gave them where correct but on one of there drawing was a 21" corner so when I installed it myself and it was really a 24" corner everything didn't line up correctly. Then they wanted me to pay extra for them to change all the door and draws that they messed up.I have been dealing with ***** and ******* and I don't recommened anyone deal with cupboards express or delton cabnets at this point. They kepts giving me lines that they would make it right but 9 weeks out I'm ****** off at this point.The manager finally got involed and made thing corrent. But I as a customer spending 11k shouldn't have had any of these issues. I am happen with the final product. I just shouldn't have had 4 major delays along the way.They came and replaced all but 2 faces so they now need to come back yet again.This has been the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

      *******, we always strive to provide excellent service to all our customers and are sorry to hear that you werent satisfied with your experience. After the delivery of your cabinets, we were made aware that the inside profile of your cabinet doors was manufactured incorrectly and we apologize for the error. Our service department rushed to get new doors made and re-installed in a timely manner.I understand that there was a discrepancy between the cabinet listing and the drawing that was provided. We always ask customers to review all documents before signing so that there are no discrepancies with what is purchased. However, we understand the inconvenience this caused and a new cabinet was provided at no cost to you.When our service tech came out to install the new doors, there were two cabinets that were not accessible due to other reno services being done. Our service tech asked your contractor if he could make them accessible, to which the contractor told him that he would install those 2 fronts himself once he was done. The contractor assured him that it was fine, and he signed the service paperwork on your behalf stating that the work was complete. Although our service department is closed on weekends, when we received your call on a Saturday, we rallied to get it taken care of for you within a few hours. We apologize for the inconvenience that the errors caused. We have worked hard to rectify the situation and hope that you enjoy your kitchen for years to come.
