    Went in for an oil change, sat around for 2 hours while the service **** went to a party for a manager. My car was done & no one decided to help me before running off. Terrible customer service. When I went to make a complaint the manager ******** was completely ignorant.

    We had excellent service from the sales and finance department. They did all they could to ensure our buying experience was comfortable. They made sure we had all the information about the vehicle we were purchasing and that we were able to use all the features on the car.
