Purchased a sled at this dealership for $14000 on Dec 14/23, was told it had items on it that it did not, was told it was inspected by a mechanic and got the mechanics inspection list which states everything as “good”. Was told it had 497miles but after taking it to a mechanic of my own found out it did not. There was parts worn out on the sled that do not wear out at 497 miles, there was actually $6656.95 worth of issues that were found to be wrong with it (that were marked as “good” by their mechanic) before I even got to ride it. I picked it up from the mechanic on Jan 3 and have been reaching out to the dealership since then to get reimbursed for these issues and I keep getting told I’ve forwarded you’re email to my boss and the latest is I’ll let my boss know to get a hold of you asap. It is now January 12th and I still haven’t heard back about reimbursement to settle these issues. I am just looking for the payment of the repair bill and not to buy the sled back but no one will get back to me. It’s been a month since I bought this sled and haven’t put 1 mile on it because it was being repaired till Jan 3rd.

Hello my name is ***** I am speaking on behalf of my father because he's not very computer orientated. I tried too make a complaint about a business on the website but it says the address is incorrect. There has been a few people judging by the reviews on google that have had the same problem as my father with this business and they don't seem to want too help us out with the damages. The damage to what they sold us is over $7000 and according too the place we took it to get fixed it has been this way since before we bought it the reviews as well have had similar issues as we are. I was wondering if you could help us out as my dad is retired and the vehicle already costed a lot the repairs are almost devastating Thank you so much in advance sincerely *****

It has been over six months since the sale of the vehicle and we no longer hold liability for any damages or repairs incurred during that time. Thank you.
