      Before bringing my car in, I asked the manager of bubbles if my car goes through their car wash is done with the track system. Is it gonna damage my rims the manager said no they put the car through and as it was coming out of the wash and they started drying it. There was a huge gash in my room that wasnt there before I went in, so I approached the manager. He took my information down and gave it to the owner. The owner contacted me and right away told me that it didnt happen denied everything said that he had video of it to prove me wrong when I asked for the video he sent me a steel shot of my car sitting outside and saying that the sun glare on both rims Was the damage that happened before it came in. I proceeded to ask for the video he denied the video and then called me very aggressively telling me that hes been around for 35 years that this is a made up story that Im just trying to get over on him was mad about the review that I left and demanded for me to take down to review before he dealt with it And then proceeded to tell me that hes not dealing with it because of the review that was sent

      First Notice of damaged was issued to the company the same day.
      We returned to the building to speak with the manager the next day (July30th 2022)

      To start the man who arranged the clean with my fiancé stated the service would take 1.5-2 hours. The service ended up taking almost 4 hours. This was only the beginning of our poor experience.

      Once home with the vehicle we saw that the paneling on every single door was peeling away. To add hurt to injury the center console was also completely forgotten and still dirty. All this after spending over $500 to clean the vehicle!

      I immediately called the office and left a message on their website. They called back asking me to bring the car in the next day for them to look at.

      After brining the car in they told me they are not responsible for the damages for the vehicle. They only thing they would do for me is give me a small gift card to cover the cleaning they missed.

      So after spending $500 I now have to spend MORE time and money to fix the damages done to my vehicle.

      I am looking to receive at minimum a partial refund to help with the time and money I am now going to have to take to fix the damages performed on my vehicle. This is my decision based on the recommendations given to me by multiple professional car detailers.

      Bubbles provides the safest most efffective carwash and detail services and have been doing so for over 40 years. The vehicle in question is 18 years old and unfortunately, as vehicles gets older, adhesives holding the upholstery on door panels can break down and cause the fabric to sage and/or peel away. This is not a result of the cleaning, rather deterioration due to the age and circumstance of the vehicle. When the customer returned, our manager asked if there were any service issues we could take care of and none were reported. We would have gladly taken care of cleaning the cupholder at that time and the offer still stands. We strive to provide the best service and do guarantee our service. If anything is overlooked, we will address it. A gift card for a service on the house was offered in appreciation of the customer's disappointment.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Based on the advice of professionals in the business the services rendered and the damages executed on my vehicle are completely unacceptable. It is with this knowledge that we are seeking acknowledgement of the mistreatment of my vehicle and monetary compensation to cover the repair of the damages left on my vehicle after the service performed by Bubbles associates. We will not accept anything less then this.

      I went to Bubbles Chinook on July 26, 2022. I went to bubbles based on a recommendation from a family member but was warned about them upselling a "full package". I was trying to sell my car I decided to go with the full cleaning anyways which included, seat cleaning and shampoo, floor cleaning, detailing the interior as well as an exterior wash for the high cost of $499.95. On the website it states that this service usually takes between 2-4 hours so I was surprised to hear my vehicle was finished after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon retrieving my vehicle I was disgusted with the quality of cleaning and detailing the car received after paying for a $500 package. They did not clean under the seats, the steering wheel was not touched, there was dirt around the console that was not cleaned, the floor was left dirty in areas, and the seats were not fully shampooed or vacuumed (pictures attached). Absolutely appalling for a service that costs $499.95. I called to ask about a refund and said I would pay for a basic cleaning because that is all I got, not a deluxe full package but they said they do not do refunds because it is labour related and said I could bring the vehicle back so I did. The time second they took the vehicle in for 40 minutes. While it did look better, there were still many spots that were left untouched even after going through again. As the store was closing they said if there were issues I could bring it back another day. The staff were helpful but the detailing and cleaning was terrible. I understand that it is labour related but I have already had the initial cleaning, I've had to come back once, and would have to again for them to do a "complete" job, creating triple the labour costs that they are so concerned about. Again, I would be happy to receive a partial refund and only pay for a basic cleaning and detailing because that is all I received. I do not want to return for a third time just for them to do an incomplete job again.

      We strive to provide a great experience every time. Unfortunately, there are occasions we miss the mark. We guarantee our services and if ever the customer is not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, we will address all concerns. It is unfortunate that after the second visit, the customer did not point out any further areas of concern as we would have addressed them immediately. By reviewing the photos, we know that the entire vehicle was in the condition shown in the three areas, something that would not come clean with a basic cleaning which would only include a vacuum service for the floor area. We would be more than happy to attend to any areas of concern this customer still has and are more than happy to offer a wash on the house for their next visit in appreciation of the inconvenience.
