    Horrible job. So much left. Did not get corners or by the baseboards. Sat on his phone. Was over an hour late not worth hiring.

    I am the owner of MJC Carpet cleaning and this  has been the first time I've experienced something like this, lisa book us for cleaning July 6. I am the one who did this job (the owner). for me customer service is our priority. This text is from lisa (New appt to confirm July 6 2023 between 3pm and 4pm) I was at Lisa’s house at 3:30 Lisa said I was late in her complaint.  . I've discussed with her the price to complete the job she said ok, I proceed in setting up my truck for cleaning. Ofter completing the rooms hallway and stairs I called the client to have a walk through, if the job was to her satisfaction, the expression on her face said it all, she said this is awesome was her exact words thank you. The methods of payment was e-transfer, this transaction goes directly to my business account, its also automatic transfer.  Lisa said she sent the transfer  an then canceled it  because she don’t believe I’m legit. Message from Lisa>(I cancelled it. This is very strange and nothing is adding up with you. Several lies from you) once an e-transfer sent it’s not able to cancel because its automatic , everything went down hill from here. She ask for on invoice  an invoice was provided with all my information . I did everything thing i should do as a busines man. She was Usain words like don’t believe you are who you are. I gave her an invoice my GST number is on the invoice i gave her my website, she also said, she will be contacting the BBB to see if I'm legit an behold she found MJC  on BBB  plotform. Lisa is the one that book us by calling form the website. Until now I have not received payment from Lisa ********. She said she is doing her investigation by contacting the BBB.

    My job was not performed on July 6th. You are very mistaken as which customer you are dealing with. Please review your books. I have not recieved an invoice. Truly unprofessional You have several bad reviews on multiple platforms.
