    On September 1, 2022 my wife and I went to eat at the Terra Losa location of Fat Franks.

    We were served hot dogs that were clearly old and drier than the buns. We tried to return our food, which was almost entirely uneaten, and we were told to leave our contact info for a refund.

    After a week of waiting we received no refund. I tried to call the corporate office, but was greeted with a very hostile individual.

    I explained to him that I had video of the incident, but was not going to post a review if we could simply get our money back.

    He took severe offence to that, and accused me of blackmailing him over $35. Then proceeded to say I was simply not worth his time and hung up on me.

    This is not only potentially a health hazard (I did report to health authorities) but they are also stealing from people. Serving old food, or food that is not being stored properly, and then refusing to reimburse the customer for such a critically sub-par product. I have never experienced such overt indignity and even hostility from a company before as a paying customer.
