    Feb 13, 25 $520.95 The cleaning performed was far below my expectations, with several areas completely missed despite clear instructions. Many cupboards were still coated in dust, and several corners had visible debris that had not been vacuumed. I specifically requested that my washing machine be cleaned, including the mold issue, but it wasn't cleaned at all. It was still covered in hair. I was charged for an extra hour of cleaning without prior notice or approval. When I inquired, I was told "I don't know" as to why this charge was applied. I had to follow up twice to have this charge removed. After sending pictures of the missed spots, calling, a second cleaning was booked After this visit, many areas were still missed, including shelves and drawers covered in dust, washing machine hairy. Called again to speak to manager but she wouldn't take the call. Immediately after the call, my credit card was charged for the full amount, without my consent. Tried the manager again, I was told she was unavailable and would only respond via email. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was informed that if I came to the office, the manager would leave the building and refuse to speak to me altogether. This kind of refusal to communicate is not only unprofessional but deeply concerning.The email stated that the cleaning took almost 11 hours, but I don't see how this could be, most appliances were untouched, as they were brand new, and the work was limited to basic tasks like wiping down floors, walls, shelves, and cupboards. The drywall dust mentioned was minimal, and I do not believe it warranted the amount of time spent.Furthermore, after the cleaning, I wiped down my island surface with a paper towel, and it came out dirty, which leads me to believe that many areas were not properly cleaned.Based on the issues outlined, I believe I am due partial refund for incomplete and unsatisfactory service and the lack of communication or resolution.
