      I ordered a subscription for a friend and their system entered the wrong shipping address. I HAVE MESSAGED THE COMPANY MANY TIMES AND NO ONE RESPONDS.

      I placed an order with this company on December 3. I was sent an email that *** had shipped this order but was not given a tracking number. This was supposedly sent via **** I have sent 3 followup emails as to the status of my order but hav had no response. My order number is *****.

      On December 7 I placed an order for a pair of socks. Received a confirmation email for order #***** and a payment of ***** was taken from my bank account. Part of that payment was for 5-8 day shipping. In the 12 business days since my item has still not been shipped. I have reached out to the company 3 times with out response. The last contact attempt was 12/18/24, and I requested a refund.

      Ordered a "sock of the month" subscription for my husband in October. He has only received one pair of socks to date. I have tried to follow up and have not received a response. I had initially asked when they ship the subscriptions, just in case I needed to be patient due to the Canada Post strike, but no answer. Their site indicates they're now using a Canada Post alternative, but still no answer on our subscription. At this point I have tried contacting them via email, contact form on their site, their online chat on their website, and via ******** Messenger. No response.

      I purchased four items from this company. It's been longer than the shipping time they gave me. This was a christmas gift. I have reached out to them multiple time on both emails they have listed, ******************************* and ************************************ I also reached out to them on FB Messenger and saw they read my messages with no response. I started to get worried when I notice people commenting on their FB page saying they didn't get there orders either. I would like my money back from them! This is a fraudulent company and highly disappointed. I have multiple emails reaching out to them, if you need them.

      I placed an order at the Good Luck Sock website on December 29th, 2023 and received my package on 1/13/2024. I opened it, and it wasn't even close to what I ordered. I attempted to reach out to them more than once about the error on 2 different email addresses soon after the discovery. That was almost 7 days ago from the time this complaint was filed. They still haven't responded.

      What I was suppose to recieve: I paid for the 'sock of the month club' as a gift for my nephew. To date, he has recieved 1 pair of socks and that was back in DEcember, 2022.

      I tried to contact the business; they only have email, no phone #. I've sent 3 different emails; have not gotten any response. I've got the same gift for 2 other family members in years passed without a problem. I get promotion emails so I know they are still in business.

      $151.77 for 1 pair of socks is absurd.

      I made a purchase on November 26, 2022. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I filled out their form as specified on the Contact Us page for Returns/Exchanges on November 28. I also sent them a DM on the Good Luck Socks ******** sent an email to their sales team and an email to their questions team. I have not received any kind of follow up by email or phone. It is now December 11, 2022. This company falsely advertises their Return/Exchange policy. Their website states that you need to contact them within 10 days of purchase to make a return or exchange. Now I am stuck with a gift that can't be used. I am now requesting a full refund as I am seriously dissatisfied with the lack of service received.
