    ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***This company has no regard for its customers and refuses to find solutions to issues. The numerous fake 5-star reviews are a clear attempt to overshadow genuine complaints. Please take the time to read this before making a purchase to save yourself a lot of time and heartache.I purchased a Rocket Appartamento Nero, which arrived damaged. I opened the box to set up the machine only 3 days after receiving it, and contacted the company right away when I noticed the frame was bent, and there were scratches behind the drip tray. All I asked for was an exchange for non-damaged machine given the amount of money I just spent, for which they refused, claiming the damage was likely from use.It's absurd to suggest that extracting a shot (making a coffee) could bend the frame or scratch the paint behind the drip tray. After several emails, they stopped responding altogether, offering no solution or acknowledgment of the issue.I included the owner, ***************************, in my correspondence, but he never responded or addressed the situation.This company's lack of ethics and disregard for customers is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
