You can find the full complaint in my files. I bought a coin 2 years ago, and he promise to have it by X-MAS but never delivered, and had to explain to my brothers why I didn't have it as a gift. Two years later, he solicited me, and said it would be ready, so I said by Dec9 2024, and he made it by Dec 13 and sent it by ********* which got lost or misplaced. Another X-mas passed without anything for my brothers and again felt guilty. He didn't even answer his business email and message until the 27 or so when I got angry due to failure to answer, and said his family was his obligation. He told me he sent 3 coins to replace but later recanted, even after saying they were sent and had visited the post office. He said he sent them but two days later said he didn't.Then, he told me that he waited until the others arrived and only did on the 31st, but the principal is that he lied! I have the written log proof. He then went on to say he has never had a customer so manipulative that made me feel sick to my stomach. I am a born again believer and do not do such things. Only after this long attached document did he change his mind and told me they were coming but not the Arrow coins. Then, he told me it was the Arrow coins and CHEERS!! At one point after he arrived at his senses from my document, I voice a few messages and said I will simply buy one to be kind but he never answered for 2 weeks! He said he was sending 3 Arrow coins in the very last message, but I didn't bother answering because I didn't want trouble. I don't need his money and the coins were not for me. I stand my ground on this. Those coins didn't arrive for the second time, so he lied 2 times.

            Hello,

I am unfortunately limited in this capacity because he only provides two sites. He is known by the military and an excellent coin producer in ******* with a private mintage, so if he does not provide an address, I can't do anything. His name is ****** *****, and he can be found by the same business name on ******** and by his web address. This is his ******** page link and his website. He is significant enough to have a mint of his own, so what can I do? ******************************************************* (his email)  His website      *******************************************;    I have provided his phone number in the complaint, so I have given plenty, aside from his physical address. He must be registered to do what he does. Thx

                  Pardon me,

The business name is Beaverworks Mint. I have dyslexia, so I get them mixed up.

    Hi there,

Unless I dug and dug and dug, I cannot find his address. Should his website not be enough, along with a phone number? You are the BBB. Maybe you have tools not open to me. I gave his name, ****** *****, lives in *******, the number as well. He runs a mint, a professional mint but no address.
