    Vanguard Collection Agencies LTD choose to represent vehicle-mechanics who have no corroberating paperwork contrary to the laws of Alberta. Vehicle-mechanics will use Vanguard Collection to harass innocent people with invoices created out of thin air.

    We received an account from a client who did some repairs for a customer. We contacted the debtor and he advised the account was in 'dispute'. The account is now on hold pending further response from our client.

    The customer is obviously upset that a collection agency contacted him, however this is standard procedure.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Vanguard Collection threatens peoples  credit histories on the whim of vehicle-mechanics without providing proper documentation or contracts. Vanguard Collection is obviously upset that as standard procedure I require by law the proper documentation and contracts. Therefore, before Vanguard Collection can victimize another person with a similiar circumstance,  I ask that Vanguard Collection review the laws of Alberta governing the behavior of vehicle-mechanics.
