This company was used when I had extensive water damage in my home to complete repairs and do add'l work. **** ************ hired them as a trade to complete plumbing/ mechanical work. While on site , I asked them to also replace old poly b lines and to run plumbing for an island in the kitchen.
    The issues under insurance:
    - they were to install a new hot water tank of similar size. They quoted the correct size but then placed a smaller tank into the home. When I didn't have enough hot water, we found out the error. In the end, the proper tank size was apparently replaced into the home.

    The issues outside insurance:
    - I had stated I'd like to have an island in the kitchen with water. The water line was run, billed and paid for by me, but I did not realize they had not run a drain until too late. They were paid. But I have no way to use it because there is no drain.
    - I had them remove polyb lines throughout the home. During this work, something was not connected properly under the kitchen causing water damage/stains to the basement ceiling. This was fixed.
    - I finally moved back into the home in August. 6 months later, I hear dripping in my wall every time the hot water is used in the upstairs bathroom. They say their work is off warranty and they are too busy to come back and look at their work to see what has happened.
    As of today, they are:
    - refusing to provide a copy of the warranty provided to me for the work completed which involved the replacement of all poly b plumbing in the home
    - refusing to provide a diagnosis and fix to the potential leak to water supply to the upstairs family bathroom
    - refusing to provide any information on the work they completed in the wall where the potential leak is being heard.
I just moved into this home in August. Over the past number of weeks I started to hear noises. With the cold, I thought it was hot water pipes contracting/ expanding, possibly. It has become worse. Ive made multiple attempts to get help from CPC.
