    I took my laptop to tech4service last week for a loud fan problem. The guy replaced the fan and charged me 145 dollars. However, it was still very loud and in addition, the capslock key was stuck (jammed) and not working, so it came back with an additional problem. I called the guy to ask, he became very defensive and took it personally and was extremely rude. He offered to refund, and I sent him an email for the transfer, but then he did not. He said he will get a new fan and change it free of charge, so I agreed. I took it back to him and returned yesterday to pick it up. I arrived at 8:40 am and kept knocking and calling and texting with no response. After some time his wife arrived, she opened the door for me and said he is coming shortly. I was very late for my work. I was opening my laptop to check it when he arrived. I asked why was he late, and then this is the shocking part: he threw a tantrum, yelled, insulted me badly, snapped the laptop shut I was afraid he would break it, kicked me out, and said “if you were a guy I would have beaten you up”. I did not even get the chance to check my laptop fan and capslock key. I was scared, I was alone with him and he seemed like he could actually hurt me. Not surprisingly, when I overcame my shock and checked my laptop, I found that the issues are still there. The capslock key is still kind of stuck and hard to press, and it doesn’t always work. The fan is still loud, a little less loud than before, but still loud. I would have respected him if he said that he had done his best and that’s all he could do. But he knew he failed miserably to repair it, so he chose to be rude and kick me out before me getting a chance to check it and confront him. In addition to the terrible laptop repair service, I was insulted and threatened. I seriously believe that his place is unsafe especially for women.

    Hi , My name is *** ***** and i am the ***** of Tech4service Ltd , the customer ***** contact me by phone regarding her laptop problem , i asked her to drop it off at my location for free diagnostic and free estimate , i called her back with the estimate and the resullt of the diagnostic , she ask for rush service and thats hat we done , we ordered a fan and get it next day , replace it in the same day , test the laptop for 1 hour , no noise and sound , i called her and said the laptop is ready for pickup , her brother came and pickup the laptop , after 3 hours she called me and she said the laptop has fan noise , i told her maybe because your brother left for couple hours in his car and its minus 30 try it for 1 hour and maybe when its warm will work normally and if its not the fan under warranty ill fix free you can bring it anytime ,she start giving me lessons with the service and its not related to the cold .... i said please bring and ill fix it , next day she send a text message saying the fan its working , 3rd day she send a message saying the fan its not working ,i respond please drop it off to check it and fix it , the fan under warranty from the provider and i ordered another fan , she said ill come and you can fix front of me , i said my time its not mine , i work inside the office and outside , she start making pressure on me , next day i told her you can come between 1 and 3:30 pm im available so i can fix it from of you , she said im not available , i answered her you can dropped it off anytime you like but i need couple hours to tested after replacing the fan , she changed her appointment 3 times , finally she said ill be at your place Sunday between 5 and 5:30pm , she showed up 6:07 pm i stayed waiting for her and she knows i close at 6pm Sunday , she said i wanna pickup the laptop 8:30 am , because im trying to make her satisfied i worked night on it , next day she showed up 8:41 am , she came inside the office and im not inside the office yet , she gapped her laptop and start checking it , i came to the office 8:50 am , before i say good morning she said with loud voice my appointment is 8:30am , i respond yesterday your appointment was between 5 and 5:30 Pm and showed up 6:07 Pm and i didnt say nothing i told you no worries everything will be ok , i asked her why you gripping the laptop before you ask me , she said is my laptop , i told her the laptop is yours when you take it from the office , she start yelling with no respect , i asked her to leave my office immediately , i gave her her laptop and i asked her to leave my office , her brother called me and he wanna teach me the respect , after that she start making bad reviews and rumors all over social media , she asked her friends and families from her country (egypt) they are not existing in canada to make bad reviews and bad comments , i tried my best to make her satisfied , from the 1st day i asked her to give me her email to give her full refund and ill take the loss of the fan , she send me email and im almost to send her the refund she send me a text saying she has problem with one key in the keyboard , i tried to explain to her its not related to the fan but i failed to make her to understand so i asked her to bring it and ill fix all the problem
