    September 1, 2023 Sold our condo and moved out on August 15, 2023. September 1, 2023 condo fees were taken from our account. I called on September 5, 2023 after the long weekend and was told there were number of clients that had this happen to. I was told that we would be put on the list to be refunded our fees back as we were no longer the owner. I was also told that all NSF and overdraft fees will be taken care as it will show that it was their issue with the Bank. I have called a number of times with the same answer that this will be taken care of and to date monies have not been returned. I called again last week and was told that the money would be in my account by the October 6th. I am still waiting The Company was quick to take the money out but very slow on returning it. I also know from he new owner that they have not had any fees taken out of their account yet. At least the condo fees were not taken out for October.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20719914, and find that this has been resolved. But I do want to note that when I asked about the delay of 1 month and 10 days to be reimbursed my monies, I was informed that the delay was due to the controller being on holidays for 3 weeks and there was no one to address the issue. As a common business practice, this is an unacceptable way of conducting business and all future sellers should be made aware of their lack of proper business management.
