    On Mar 19, we had a show with CJF Marketing.. at the request of our friends.. at the time we were impressed by the product however have decided that the purchase price will be a financial hardship for us and have decided to cancel the contract, as per the credit application we received. As we had several friends over at the time, we felt tremendous pressure from CJF Marketing to purchase, and in fact they would not leave our home until we signed. However at no time did we receive a contract agreement from CJF Marketing with their return policy, and have only been advised of this today when I called to cancel.. I asked my mother in law to be present at the time of the call, and she tried to speak to the consultant, but the consultant wouldnt speak to her, and spoke over her and threatened her with a lawyer..All we would like to do is return the product and be released from this financial obligation.In future we will not recommend CJF Marketing due to their aggressive tactics..Please advise what can be done.     First, we take customer satisfaction seriously and we would like to apologize for the frustration customer has been experiencing recently. We want the customer to know that we appreciate their feedback.On March 19 demo cooking show , *************** (husband) and ***** (wife) were present in the entire cooking demo show and never I've seen the mother in law. We demonstrated the cookware, and the clients were truly impressed hence, they were firmed with their decision to purchase the set and sign the agreement, never we forced them to signed. In fact in the same day, the couple themselves went to pick up their order in ******** as they can't wait for the ****** to be delivered.The issue escalated only when the mother in law called last March 29 saying that the set of cookware that her son purchased with us is so expensive and they will return the product. It is not I don't want to talk to her but I was looking for ** (her son) who was the main applicant and was the one who decided to purchase the set. Never had I threatened the mom until she is said we are scammers. I just told her to be careful of what she is saying because I can report her to a lawyer. She shout at me over the phone and insist to return the product. I told ***** (the wife) that we can only accept the cancellation and return if the cookware is not used, sealed and in unopened box. She said they already use and all are out of the box obviously as they were so excited since they pick it up.On the 30th of March, ***** and her friend went to our office without even informing us. They just simply enter the shop and leave the cookware at the reception took a picture of the items returned and leave. I already advised her over the phone that the returned used items are just kept in our storage for them to take back as their contract with ************ Financing are still active and I clearly told them that cancellation is not acceptable to us and to ************ Financing as agreement has gone more than 10 days cancellation policy. ** and *****'s contracts and all their documents will be emailed to you in a separate email for your reference.
