On March 13, 2023 we went to get both my daughters ears pierced. There was negligence on how it was handled and needs immediate changes to prevent injuries to customers. Right after the piercing they lead me to the counter to read the agreement and pay. I was lead away from my daughters. As this happened they let them get up from the chairs right away and moved the chairs away from them. I looked back and my daughter was standing behind me. She passed out and fell right to the ground hitting her head and looked like she had a seizure. I said someone call 911 and no one did so my other daughter did. The staff did not clear the store, while my daughter was on the floor waiting mall staff came to help. The store staff continued to help customers which needs to be changed. The best would be to keep the store clear for paramedics. I have had no call from the owner and have called multiple times. A manager called and will not call back now to make sure procedures have been changed. As paramedics came my other daughter paid and the one lady said this has happened there before. This needs to be addressed by someone. My daughter ended up with a concussion and has missed 2 weeks of work and school and I had to stay home a week to help her around the house. Could have been avoided. The store manager mentioned they were negligent and owner would call. Before my call they hadn't told their manger about the incident at all. A few minutes sitting in the chair, asking clients if they are ok and warning they may feel light headed, making sure parent is near client before standing could have avoided this injury. There needs more training and will not call me back so my thoughts are they will continue as usual and will be putting others at risk including young children. Please help resolve this issue to avoid this happening to anyone else. My daughter has never had this happen before and I am positive this can be prevented. The business has not offered anything to resolve this issue.
