    The Service Was Great But I Specifically Asked For A Structural Inspection On My Service Truck Crane NOT a Functionality test or visual inspection as per my customer requirement. My customer informed me the inspection that was done by this company was NOT a structural certification. So this company took my 355$ assuring me this would be enough and what oh&s required. This is not my area of expertise and was relying on his expert knowledge to be a guide, I was obviously scammed. I confronted him and he said Thank you for the clarification. The Standard Crane and Mobile Crane Inspection was covered by this inspection, both mechanical and electrical including operational testing and visual inspection. Report was submitted - this is enough if it comes to OHS Requirements for any crane.Anything above is optional (ex: load test, NDT/MPI, Structural Engineering, etc. etc.I remember performing overhead crane inspections as required by OHS and on the same day the Customers had an ******************* doing their thing (structural - I think).Best Regards,***************** why did he do the inspection and charge me if he could not do the structural inspection I required.I would not recommend this company to anyone, because he took advantage of a newly started business owner.
