  If you are looking for a place that values your passed loved one and treats your family with compassion in a time of grief, if you are looking for a place that will guide you through the entire process of making arrangements and all of the paperwork, DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if you are indigenous. Especially if ***** is the one helping you. This place is very disorganized, negligent, and overall lacks compassion. You will be made to do their jobs for them while they make careless mistakes. ***** will make every attempt to deflect blame onto the grieving family over her own careless mistakes instead of taking accountability. This place will make your time of grief very difficult with all of the extra issues that they add on top of everything. ***** will do anything to get extra money, whether that be demanding payment from the grieving family without even checking that the full amount was paid (spoiler: it was), leaving out jewelry items (valued at over $500!) that were paid for then stating that she will need extra payment without even checking the invoice to see that the missing pieces have already been paid for (spoiler: they were already paid for she just forgot them). ***** and value cremations will also provide you with damaged cremation jewelry valued at over $200! When you ask who to file a complaint to over her negligence, ***** will completely avoid your question and continuously make excuses, then claim shes the manager and will refuse to give you anyone elses contact information. If you are looking for a place that will make you distrust having your loved one in their care, make you wait close to 2 months to receive your loved ones remains, who will blame you over their own careless mistakes, who will find any opportunity to try to milk you for more money, and who will not show you any compassion in your time of grief: then this is the perfect place for you!
