    This is about getting a refund cheque from Cruise Vacations in the amount of $6815.00 CA based on the Invoice attached. The cruise was booked and then we handed it over to Cruise Vacations, it is common practice that the Cruise Travel Agents get a commission and as far as I understand it, get a better deal on the price. They pass a portion of that savings onto the customer. We have completed the trip and as per the invoice, were promised the cheque to be mailed to us once we departed on the trip 1 Oct 2022.

    The owner is who we dealt with and since on/or about 1 Oct, he will not return emails, answer questions and while we have left numerous voice mails, will not return our calls.

    the Invoice is clear so I don't understand why we have not been paid.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18690458, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They did send the cheque and hope it clears.
