    In the fall of 2021 Incredible Custom ********* dug in what used to be the empty property next door to build a house (************************). Part of our landscaping fell into the gigantic hole as the ground beneath it was dug out. Our fence also caved in. We immediately called ************ to let them know what had happened. Shortly after the phone call, Incredible Custom Homes representative, Mr. ********* came to visit the site. Further to our face-to-face discussion with ******** on that occasion, we also submitted pictures of the damage. Mr. ******** advised that the damage would be repaired.Over a period of 23 months we contacted Incredible Custom ********* on numerous occasions about repairing the fence and the damages they did to our landscaping. We kept on records what has sadly turned out to be their empty promises to our multiple correspondences. They then decided to no longer respond to our enquiries. On October 20, 2023, they finally completed landscaping at **********************************************, without doing any repair to our fence, nor our landscaping while they were at it.We amicably tried to have the damage settled and always gave them the benefit of the doubt when they would give excuses based on the weather. We did not know that after two years of damage occurring you cannot file a lawsuit, nor an insurance claim, nor a complaint with BBB, We are left with damage that we will have to for out of pocket. We are reaching out to you with hope that this builder can be added to your list so that no one else suffers at their hands - our other neighbors have had bad experiences with them also. If there is anything at all you can do please let us know. Thank you.
