He represented himself as licensed to do business in AB he wasnt at the time and we were unaware he wasnt. Despite us asking the installation be done as contracted, as per the manufacturers product manual and instructions (dos and donts), which he shared with us at our request, he didnt. He and his team recklessly compromised the integrity of the key roofing materialpolycarbonate wall panels as per the local supplier of the panels. He tried to get the supplier behind our backs (whilst he assured he was looking seriously in to remedying his mess) to issue a letter that despite the mishandling of the panels the panels were ok. We then contacted the supplier with statements of what he and his team actually did (offering pics etc). This is when the supplier came back comfirming the integrity of panels were compromised. ***** Mishandled and abused the panels. Used WD40, walked directly on the panels, used shape metal objects, and so on. Voiding the manufacturers warranty. Panels installed twice yet still leaking as ***** didnt exactly follow the manufacturers installation instructions and conditions necessary to not void the manufacturers warranty. Breached many of his contractual obligations towards us. Refused to remediate or pay back prepayment he collected illegally he wasnt licensed in ******* to ask for and collect upfront up to 75% of contract price. He knew he wasnt licensed but claimed he was several times. He Wont respond for a while now to any correspondence. Looking for him to collect our funds. Wouldnt recommend ***** Tycholaz or Bright Habitat! Unprofessional, untrustworthy! Dishonest.

We sincerely regret that you feel disappointed with our service. Please know that we did everything in our power to address your concerns, including offering a full refund and even rebuilding the roof at our expense. Unfortunately, you declined all proposed options. Ultimately, we reached a settlement in court, which involved returning your funds as we initially offered. Our goal has always been to resolve issues fairly and to your satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
