      Purchased deck boards to build our deck, once boards arrived, we changed our mind on the color. Contacted ***** from The Deck Store who said we could exchange the original color with another but we had to pay for the new boards right away and we would be reimbursed for the original boards once picked up and inspected. He said there would be no delivery charge or restocking fee as he sold the original boards right away. After the deck was completed all remaining/extra boards were returned by myself for refund as well. The transaction happened in August and no refund has been issued to date. We contacted the Calgary Deck Store multiple times who then directed us to *** or ****** out of the Edmonton office. We called the Edmonton office multiple times and ended up speaking to ****** who claimed that both *** and ****** were out of office every day for the last few months and because he was on his own he could not help us. The amount of our refund is over 13,000 dollars and we want The Deck Store to honor their agreement with us as this has gone on long enough.
