    Shipping policy is a lie. Says if you order after 3pm they ship same day. I ordered on September 9th and as of the 16th my order still hasnt shipped. Was told by costume service that it would ship no later then Friday the 15th and that I would get an email from him when it shipped but no email and no shipment.

One in ********* and one in ********. They are not related to the Planet of the Vapes in ******** ******* in anyway. Unfortunately we do not have a customer service department as we are just a small retail store.
