    DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I received my bike in Sept '24. I assembled it and found there were two parts missing. I began emailing the "support team" requesting they provide the parts. I have since sent 23 emails, several including photos of the location where the missing parts would go and their representation in the assembly instructions. I have received numerous responses from "******" on the "support team" stating he would refer my request to "the Team" and that my parts should be shipped out within a week. Now, 4/17/25, I still have not received the parts, one of which is a bolt for the seat height adjustment clamp, without which the seat height cannot be set, and have been unable to use my bike. In another matter, I had to email support to specifically request a pdf of the User Manual, in which the font size is so small that I could barely read it even using my "serious readers", and the instructions were vague with unintelligible sentences with references to unclear parts and processes, AND a WARNING IS INCLUDED THAT APPEARS NO WHERE ELSE IN ANY CONSUMER INFORMATION WHICH STATES THAT THE BICYCLE MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES WHILE PLUGGED IN FOR CHARGING DUE TO RISK OF COMBUSTION!!!!!! What the heck?!?!?!?!? I'm sure no one who planned to have their bike in their garage and plugged in there for charging plans to sit in the garage the entire time it is plugged in. COULD THIS WARNING VOID YOUR HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE IF THE BIKE AND YOUR STRUCTURE DID START ON FIRE WHILE IT WAS CHARGING ????????? I was so excited about receiving this electric bike. The features really are extraordinary and unique, but this customer service experience is BEYOND DISAPPOINTING...and I'm STILL waiting for parts and have yet to be able to ride my bike!!!! DON'T BUY THIS BIKE!

    I paid 2186.00 for a bike on October 17, 2023 and have not received the bike. It's been a long process, canned emails from what seemed like AI, not personal at all. I have emailed them numerous times within the past month, with no response. Just over a month ago, I have gotten a few seemingly canned emails saying I'll be getting a UPS tracking number within a day or two, have gotten nothing. There is a Facebook VIP page that I got removed from for just asking where my bike was. Some people have actually gotten a bike from them with the vast majority falling short of their advertisements. I have received nothing. I bought the bike, I think they were called bullhorn handlebars and an extended warranty for a total of 2186.00. I know it's been a while, but the delay was due to this "company" constantly saying where the bikes were located (mine from OH supposedly) and that I'd get the tracking any day. I sent a review to a location called Trust Pilot, that Teleport Ride tried to get removed due to defamatory content. I simply stated that I didn't receive a bike, and the review was put back up. Stay away from this "company".

    I received my teleport ride ebike and it worked for about 4 weeks then the on/off button failed to work. This means the bike that cost me $1850 is useless since the motor cannot be turned on. With a battery fully charged and several emails back and forth with Gus , the co-founder of the company, the last email I got from him was a workflow doc explaining how to troubleshoot and if none of the tactics work, the last option is to seek out a bike shop. This is really bad since they state clearly on their site that there is a 1 year warranty on all electronics parts on the bike. *********************************** I asked for a refund several times and no reply from Gus. The only way to communicate with him is via email: ****** ************ *** ***

    I along with a supposed **** other individuals have paid in advance quite a bit of money for an electric bike. I want to believe this is an honest company, but their latest actions are beginning to give me the impression that this company is not what they advertised! They had a web page on ******** and it Is no longer active! Their web page also gone, supposedly under maintenance and repair! They advertised they had a company that was set up to construct these bikes and begin to start delivery of orders! I was told we would receive monthly notice on the progress of manufacturing and delivery and nothing. I do not know the laws in ******, but would like to know the criminal department or agency I can contact to maybe investigate this company and go after them if they are not a legit company? I am all for helping companies get established and produce something new and innovative, but every action this company has taken is not the way you impress and express confidence to the buyer that you are a true honest company!
