    I received lash extensions from this business that resulted in what appeared to be chemical ***** on both eyes. The experience was painful and uncomfortable. When the extensions were done the staff showed zero concern despite the visible damage to my eye and told me I would be fine in a day. I left feedback expressing my concerns and was met with dismissive responses suggesting I have allergies or sensitive eyes. I have had lashes done many times at other venues with no issues, and felt the techs abilities were the result of my pain. It has been three days and my eyeballs are still bloodshot, and extremely sore.

    Firstly we're sorry to hear you experienced irritation at your recent service with Lash Up, as you can see based on our reviews we truly go above and beyond for our clients, in no way would we ever want a client to experience irritation/ discomfort during a service, all Lash Up technicians are fully certified/ experienced techs! It is important however that when irritation is occurring you inform your technician immediately of any discomfort so adjustments can be made, never-less we're sorry again for the irritation you're experiencing. It is evident that the gel pads/ tape caused an irritation to your eyes, these products assist us in holding down your lower lashes, preventing them from adhering to the extensions during application, now that we're aware these products caused you irritation they can be removed from the service. From our understanding our customer care team has reached out to you to rectify your concerns, offering you a complimentary service or refund of the service to ensure you're being taken care of! We care very much about you and would appreciate the opportunity to rectify your concerns as we have no way of predicting when irritation will occur, instead we can react and adjust procedures moving forward to ensure you're well taken care of during your services with us!
