    Have had dealings with this company have requested total balance numerous times they are unable to give me correct balance. Have paid over the original balance owing and they keep asking **** more money. They now want over 8000 dollars on a 1800 loan. The comapny is AAR financial .*********************** MB **********

    AAR Financial - they dispersed only **% of my loan agreement. I am offering to pay them back with interest and cancel the remaining **% but they wouldn't provide me with the total amount owed. Instead, they sent me a contract to sign for the remaining **% of the funds and advised that I won't get a statement of account until I sign. I am beyond frustrated and was hoping I can get some advice on next steps. On top of this, they are registering a caveat on my property! They are crooks, charging me **% interest and refusing to let me pay off what I owe! Very little communication from them and breach of contract.

    I am rejecting this response because the lender has refused communication with me after I sent them an email transfer of the full loan payment (they did not provide me with a statement of account but instead gave me total amount owing, which I paid so we can expedite a resolution). The day that I sent my full payment, they withdrew another $****** as pre-authorized payment from my account which I would like to argue is very unethical of them to do. We agreed on full loan payment amount and yet they withdrew extra funds the day I cleared my loan. I am requesting a refund of the $****** as soon as possible OR again, a statement of account showing a historical loan payments, my full payment made and an explanation as to why another $****** was withdraw from my bank account. 

    Furthermore, per the document attached, I asked them to provide me a confirmed receipt of my full loan payment and discharge loan documents so I have legal documentation that my loan has been paid in full and they have not responded. I gave them ** hours, which I think is more than enough time to provide me email confirmation. Please help me a resolution as AAR Financial has not been in compliance with Alberta's Fair Trading Act and Consumer Protection Act.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I would still flag this company as non-compliant with their terms and conditions and would rate them as a zero so future consumers are aware of their poor practices.
