    This is a horrible company that takes advantage of people. I was lied about, lied to, regarding something that was damaged by this unprofessional company. At first they couldn't repair what they had wrecked, they then changed the story and blamed in on me, then tried to get out of repairing it, then when told they had to cover it, they lied more and more and more. This is just one part of the job that they did that was unsatisfactory, but the fact that they lied about a customer, they tried to get out of fixing what they damaged, kept the lie going further, all in an attempt to simply save money for the company instead of doing what is right and thinking of the customer first. They will send people to your home whenever they feel like, they'll enter your home without caring if you are in the shower (it takes a weird person to enter someones home, wait for them to come out of the shower then start talking to them as they leave the washroom area and are naked), they lie about having someone coming to do work (1 guy was supposed to show up on a specific date, but never showed up for 6 days, then walked right in with no notice whatsoever when he felt like it). I could go on and on, but please, spare yourself some pain and suffering, anguish and humiliation and stay away from Onside Restoration. They are unprofessional, they cut corners, they lie to your face and behind your back, they simply are not a good company at all. If there was an option for a zero rating, I would have used that, as 1 star is way too much for them.Ask friends and family and co workers to help you with finding the right company that respects their customers and does the right thing because Onside Restoration will not provide that at all.Thank you to BBB for allowing this review.

    Not a good company to do business with . Needed a roof repair I paid a **** insurance deductible. Still trying to get a refund. No one returns my calls even my insurance company has been avoiding me . No one seems to know when I will receive my refund. I needed a roof repair from wind damage but it took so long for this company to do repairs, I was told from my insurance company **************** to change contractor which I did .
