    The sales rep was very unprofessional, I finally called the manager after months of waiting for my tiles & being given the run around. He said he'd get back to ****** never heard a word from ******** would not return my call. I put a deposit on tiles on June 7/2022. I was told every 2 wks it would be in by the end of the month. Finally in Nov 2022 I called them & was told it was in. I had called every 2 weeks, but no one even bothered to contact me when it arrived.They pushed me to use their installers, & would not send anyone out to even give a quote. I had asked them to order 3 transitions just after I put the deposit on the tiles, that never got done. The quote for install was emailed to me & double the price from several other installers that actually came to take a look.The sales rep was the worst I have ever encountered & the manager does not give a ****.Avoid this company, I wish I would have looked at reviews, but they had the tile I really liked & I didn't bother.S Matty
