    I hired A and B rubber paving to cover driveway and front step ,June 2022. I paid full amount of $9579.86 upon completion in July 2022. At the time I mentioned concern over color variation on edging. I was told the color variation would not be noticed once it fully dried.
    About two weeks later I noticed that the color variation still occurred AND 5 other issues with the job/product. The following were the problems:
    1) Color variation in edging
    2) Rubber paving was not holding. A small light sweep over surface with foot caused small rubber bits to lift right off. The glue was not holding the integrity of the product together.
    3) Product not glued on edges properly. I could simply put finger under edge and lift it off
    4) Paving had broken off in chunks on one side. I have those chunks in my possession
    5) Area of driveway not done properly and had caved in.
    6) Glue was gotten on painted step that should not be there.

    I contacted ******* *******, the *****, several times to discuss issues. He would not text or call back and so I kept contacting him and told him I wanted to meet in person or I would have to contact you, the better business bureau. He then texted back and arrange to meet me in person. He did not show and just sent his workers to fix the one problem I had concern with (#5). I asked them not to until I spoke and met with ******* to discuss ALL of the problems. I also at that point recorded my conversation with his workers discussing each issue and videotaping problems. I sent this video to *******. In the video the workers admit that there is a problem with the integrity of the product piling upon light scuff of surface.

    I then texted and called ******* several times with no response. I again told him I was going to get the better business bureau involved and eventually he texted back and said he would contact his supplier. I asked him to update me with what is happening and now it’s October 2022 and still not heard anything back.
