  Terrible experience in 2017. The one issue was never actually fixed and now I have a corner on the front of my house that looks like it was repaired by a toddler.

  Abalon is an amazing company. We had huge water issues in our basement for the 13 years we lived here with it getting worse as our climate changes and we get monsoons instead of rain (all issues were covered up by the seller). We had a few companies come to give their opinion. Abalon was heads and shoulders above the others in terms of knowing exactly what the problem was and what they would do and willing to immediately get to work to fix it, and that they did. The crew was outstanding. They did so much manual work - ****************** and carrying buckets of smashed concrete and mud out and rock and bags of concrete in.. from morning to night and even over the weekend. They were professional, competent, polite and what hard workers. Left our basement in such clean shape and wow... amazing work. Job well done and would highly recommend. Oh and they were reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done. So pleased.

  The only thing done correctly was obtaining the quote and getting the bill.I had a cinder block wall removed in a single garage and a pressure treated wood wall placed.They did what they said they would do but to my own fault I should have been more specific on what I wanted on the quote. The cut the parging to square it off which I did not know was going to happen. So this is an add on that is my responsibility because I thought it would be left alone. They removed soil to place weeping tile and in the process left dirt, sod, sidewalks block that they moved and the garbage from construction in a pile and all over the yard. They left their wheel ****** behind as well. The inside of the garage was filled with sawdust. When I asked for a construction schedule all I received back was soon. The ********* that did the work did a good job. The rest was terrible. It took me a day top clean up the yard, take the garbage to the dump and put the sidewalk blocks back. ****************** is not in their vocabulary nor is clean up. This is what you get for taking the lowest quote. I would not ever use this company again.
