    I was not satisfied with the lack of work order and total pricing. Communicating with this business was difficult because I phoned them two times without any response. I phoned a third time and the lady sounded irritated because of my calls. She did indicate what the work order consisted of when I asked again.

    Terrible Elder Abuse!! They cleaned my 94 year old aunt's furnace and the lady of this business yelled at my aunt because she did not have good enough Internet to pay with her credit card on their machine for it. Then when my aunt tried to write a cheque for the work, the lady of the business grabbed the cheque book, yelling at my aunt and saying she was too slow, that they had to hurry to another job. So when this lady wrote out the cheque herself, instead of the word "eight", she wrote "ate". My aunt, a very sharp, smart lady, said the bank would not accept a cheque like that, so she wrote another one herself. When that was done, the lady slammed the door on her way out. As their vehicle left the house, they threw out a *********************** bag with their cups etc. in it, in her yard. We would NEVER recommend this company because of the owner's abusive behaviour to my aunt. I Only left one star for the rating because I could not rate it with a minus!!
